100 Octane Unleaded Aviation Fuel
Demand No Less!

Any replacement fuel will require support from both Lycoming and Continental.  It is extremely unikely there will be multiple fuels for general aviation gasoline engines.  Continental has placed one nail in the 100 octane coffin by announcing its support for 94UL, and diesel.  Lycoming, on the other hand, has announced that nothing other than an unleaded 100 octane or greater will be satisfactory.  Yet, the Lycoming General Manager has commented that he is unaware of user support for a clean 100 octane fuel.

We need to speak up!

This form is being used to gather information about the importance of replacing 100LL with a fuel of 100 octane, or higher.   It is an unofficial poll.  Completing the form commits you to nothing and the aircraft registration information is of public record.  At your option, we are requesting an email address and zip code to give you the opportunity to participate in any follow-up initiative.  Your address will be treated confidentially and not shared by us with any other entity or person.

Thanks for helping -- this is a very small community and we really do need to organize a little for our voices to be heard.
